Project Overview

The Sarah Swift Building is a 5,500 square metre academic facility completed in 2019 at the University of Lincoln. Designed as a modern teaching and learning hub, the building demanded the highest standards in fire safety to align with UK regulations and protect its occupants.

Our Role

Northern Sealants was entrusted with delivering the full passive fire protection strategy for the building. Our technical knowledge and commitment to best practices ensured that every element of fire safety was addressed, from penetration sealing to compartmentation.
